What is reclaimed paper?
Reclaimed paper is perfectly usable yet unused paper rescued from the waste stream before it is thrown away or recycled.
Recycling programs are great and well-intentioned. However, paper recycling is a chemical and energy-heavy process - it helps us reduce our need for virgin wood fiber which is great, but what if we can delay that process even further? Paper fibers can go through the recycling process roughly 5-7 times before the fibers break down and need to be retired. Worse, there is no real way to tell how often paper fiber has been recycled until it enters the pulping stage. Pulping is the process of breaking down the used paper into pulp, which consists of separating the paper fibers and removing any contaminants. During this stage, the fibers are subjected to mechanical and/or chemical treatments to separate them and create a pulp slurry. Only then do we know the fibers' quality and strength - if the fibers have undergone significant degradation, they are deemed unsuitable for further recycling.
By rescuing and reclaiming unused yet perfectly usable paper BEFORE it enters the recycling or waste stream, our impact on the environment and Mother Nature becomes much more impactful. After all, we made the paper in the first place - we might as well use it to its fullest potential.
Where do you get your paper?
All of our paper comes from a variety of sources in the US. Through relationships and donations from the creative community, architecture firms, the printing community, schools, and national and local businesses, we discover and rescue discarded and/or unused paper headed for the waste stream. We curate it, sort it, and turn it into a high-end, creative product through pure creative alchemy. The result is a unique product built for creatives, builders, writers, and notetakers that turn traditional ideas of creation and ideation on their heads. Can I donate paper?
We always need quality unused paper! So if you, or ANYONE you know who has a good or significant amount of paper, we want to know! Get in touch with us by emailing us at email@example.com
What kind of paper do you accept?
We collect all kinds of paper. The only thing we look for is that it is usable and writeable paper. With that said, we have collected the following types of paper.
• Office paper (all sorts of colors)
• Architectural plans and drawings
• Dot matrix printer paper
• Oddities too tricky to describe
• Graph and lined paper
• Sheet music
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and most International addresses.
What is your return policy?
We offer refund and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges - if applicable
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The following are exempt from refunds:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
